Requires a successful transaction and at least 12 confirmations before returning verified: true.

The unpaid request returns HTTP 402 with the exact x402 payment terms. The no-parameter URL uses a known public USDC transfer as its demo query. A paid client retries with an authorized payment signature to get the verification result.
